The four branches and classes of our BYSE4 foundations
BRANCH 1

(B1,Y1,S1,E1) a structure class for beginner to intermediate practitioners, teaching the fundamentals of the postures, proper alignment, and muscle engagement, with a slower tempo, so each student has the opportunity to retain the knowledge and apply the fundamentals of the postures at their own pace offering 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute classes.

(B2,Y2,S2,E2) class for beginner to intermediate practitioners, beginner level sequence, building strength, increasing flexibility and focus, a challenging and energetic moderately paced class so students can learn the fundamentals and principles to create a successful effective class experience, offering 45 minute and 60 minute class times, set to music this class invigorates your entire body.

BRANCH 3

(B3,Y3,S3,E3) class a rigorous class demanding strength, focuses on building and engaging your entire body creating balance through strength to support you in more advanced postures, offering 45 minute and 60 minute class times, set to energizing music to energize the body and mind.

(B4,Y4,S4,E4) for intermediate to advanced practitioners 60 minute classes demanding strength and focus with more challenging postures to achieve and explore deeper alignment, greater strength, engaging and challenging your body and mind.
